SHIPPING INFORMATION
Product delivery status details will be available on www.petticoat.co once the product has been dispatched. Alternatively, customer can write in to info@petticoat.co with Order Details and the order status/tracking details will be provided, as the case may be.
If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver the product(s), in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be given. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for the additional shipping charges.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We deliver to more than 200 countries around the world, and use premium shipping service/logistics providers (B4 Express, Merchants Courier, Blue Dart, Wefast, etc, for domestic shipping within India and DHL, FedEx, etc. for international shipping), as applicable. Shipping timelines are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, delays from shipping service provider/logistics providers, and/or any other restrictions laid out by the authorities from time to time. We aim to dispatch all orders within the shipping timelines mentioned on the respective product pages. Estimated shipping timelines are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All orders are attempted to be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival, in case the shipment is held back by them.
